Stately Saturday Chase
Saturday 10th August
An all new pro race around Shugborough and Cannock Chase rounds off the weekend's action on Saturday night.

Welcome to the homepage of Staffordshire’s inaugural cycling festival, home to the Stafford GP, a new sportive and an exciting new professional cycle race.

Kicking off the weekend is the 4th Stafford GP, once again bringing the thrill and excitement of pro cycling to the town centre. But this time it is on a Friday night.

And that’s just the beginning of the action in 2013.

On Saturday 10th August we up sticks and move to the stunning backdrop of Shugborough Hall for a new sportive event in the day time. Chose from a 35mile ride for those who are just getting into the sport or fancy a one off challenge and a 70 mile route that is intended to challenge those who want to take on something a little more lengthy.

And all this before the professionals once again take to the road in the evening for the inaugural Shugborough Kermesse, a 2 hour road race in and around the grounds of the hall.

So whether you just want to watch, or fancy getting involved, there’s something for everyone in this years event and we look forward to welcoming you to Staffordshire this August.
